This container is a sacred space for women to come and grow deeper into your senses, psychic abilites and have support along your ascension healing journey. The healing journey can feel very lonely and extremely confusing at times, but we are not meant to be alone as we move through deep wounds and expansion.
I was guided to create this community and mentorship containers to help bring in more support and to lessen the fear around the shadow work that comes up for all of us. Sometimes all we need in a deep moments of healing is to be held and witnessed by someone who can hold sacred space. That is what I know this community and containers will bring!

Overview of Mentorship's
I have been guided to create a mentorship program, based off my experiences within my client 1:1 sessions. This mentorship creates a sacred container to help you feel safe to release any blocks, traumas, limiting beliefs, for example, that may be holding you back from experiencing the true connection to your spiritual gifts. Each phase was created to support you along the journey of understanding what's been holding you back ( possible past life trauma, not knowing how to protect your energy and more) so that you are able to move through your life feeling empowered within your spiritual abilities and awareness. The mentorship containers will meet you at any phase you are in along your journey.
As we know the healing journey is not a linear process, tho we may sometimes wish it would be! The 3 phases below are places we can cycle through multiple times and or all within just one day. A sacred way of honoring the death and rebirth process that is the healing journey! Just like a butterfly there is sacredness to each phase of life, this mentorship is a sacred space to allow all of you to be held and accepted with compassion. The mentorship container's are a great offering for you if you want to dive deeper than just a single session of support.
Phase 1: Release- Being Planted- Rooting
We all have resistance at some point within our lives about being more free and authentic so within the first phase of this mentorship we will uncover and heal the wounds and aspects that have been causing resistance or fear around your souls full expansion. You will be guided through one on one calls using different healing modalities to access the areas that need the most love and reconnection.
Phase 2: Activate - Crystalization, Cocoon
Within phase two of the mentorship container we will work on the aspect of activation. Activating your spiritual gifts to new levels because your system is more open due to the healing you went through in phase 1. We will uncover your unique ways of connecting to energy and your own specific way of channeling. Strengthening your connection to your higher self and your team so that your confidence expands each day.
Phase 3: Integrate- Spreading Your Wings-Expansion
Within phase three you will begin to integrate and access even deeper aspects of yourself through your daily sacred practices that you have been working on throughout the past two months. We will work on how you can begin to show up more fully so you can share your gifts with joy and excitement. Within the integration process it will allow for you to feel completion with anything that once was holding you back. Bringing in more empowerment so that when something along your journey comes up you feel and know you have the tools to handle it and believe within your own strength and power!

It can range from healing traumas that are causing blocks within your everyday life and energetic system, re-framing limiting beliefs, learning how to step deeper into your spiritual abilities, trusting more within your intuition and so much more! I hold a sacred container for you to heal and receive guidance from your spiritual team.

- 4 weekly sessions private 60 Minute Mentorship Session + Recording of session
- Guidance on working with your abilities
